Appeals

If the Administrative Law Judge rules for the claimant, we review the case and discuss the advisability of an Appeal. Barnett Associates reviews the transcript and submits the Appeal.

In any case, if the legal department is interested in a copy of the transcript, we will appeal regardless of the merits of the case.

If an Appeal is lost, we inform the legal department to determine if, for extenuating circumstances, they wish to pursue the issue through the court system.
