For clients who have filed for Bankruptcy Protection, Barnett Associates will provide the following:

Protest the application of "Pre-Petition" payment
Have states recalculate multiple years unemployment tax rates
Have states credit settlement payments back to unemployment accounts
Provide testimony at the State Attorney General level
