Upon becoming a client of Barnett, we will assign an account team to handle your various unemployment functions.  Your Account Manager is well-trained on all state laws, and will offer expert advice and follow-through for any and all UI claims issues.  Your AM will remain involved in all aspects of claim process —  investigating the initial claim, preparing evidence, providing representation at hearings, and preparing appeals if necessary.  We even provide experienced consultation on separation issues prior to layoffs and dismissals.  This continuity and support is one of the most valued assets Barnett will offer.
