Hearing Representation

Whenever a hearing is scheduled, whether it be at the claimant's request or the employers, Barnett will provide representation.

We review the documentation, prepare witness(es) and arrange for a representative to attend the hearing.  

Unemployment hearings are increasingly being used as exploration by the claimant for possible E.E.O. suits and unfair discharge issues.

We work with the legal department to inform them of any problematic cases.
