Mediate With State Agencies
Each state Labor Agency, although similar in principles, is structured with distinctly different departments, application requirements,
and unemployment labor laws. For example, in one state, the experienced tax rate unit is combined with the refund section. In another they are separate,
with a different cast of people. Barnett has developed relationships with every state agency and departments within those agencies (during the past 25 years),
to act on behalf of the client, dealing directly with each state. We also are up to date on the ever changing labor laws and applications, ensuring that
our communication is in format and compliant with their requirements. Furthermore, we encourage our clients not deal directly with the state regarding any
unemployment matter, other than paying contributions, either quarterly or elected. This provides our clients the benefit of quick navigation and execution
of all applied techniques, revisions and decisions regarding unemployment issues.
