Protests

If a claim is protestable and the claimant is ruled eligible, Barnett Associates will protest the determination in writing, provide details of the separation, and ask for a re-determination or request a hearing. 

If necessary, we contact designated personnel to obtain specific information about the separation.

Barnett Associates, Inc. would remain in contact with the state to verify the status of the protest and expedite state processing.
