We recognize that different clients require different levels of claims support based on the capabilities of their Human Resources or Payroll Department.  Therefore, we tailor our services to function as a complete claims service outsource, or we simply serve to counsel or supplement a company's in-house resources.
 
(1) Outsourced Claims Program:
When the client prefers to outsource the entire unemployment claims function, Barnett Associates is established as the Addressee of Record to receive and respond to all unemployment claims.  Our Account Executive then manages the entire claims process to protect the client's best interests.

(2) In-House Program:
When a company prefers to handle initial unemployment claims matters internally, Barnett assumes a consulting role, and also trains the appropriate personnel to respond properly.  The client responds to the initial claim and we handle the rest.

(3) Alternative Option:
When an organization's structure requires a combination of Outsourcing and In-House processing, we tailor our program for each subsidiary.
